If you see yourself as an author but don’t know how to get from here…to there, this workshop will guide you through the initial steps. Learn how to get organized, how to research potential publishers, how to write an effective query letter, what needs to be in a proposal, and whether self-publishing might be right for you. Other topics will be covered as time allows. Olivia will offer facts, support and inspiration to help get your book writing engine revving!

OHMWorkshops is pleased to offer "Stress Buster" Sessions. Based on the popular 50-card exercise decks -
The Yoga Deck, The Yoga Deck II, and The Stretch Deck - the gentle "armchair sessions" are specially designed to:
- Increase energy
- Reduce stress and tension
- Promote flexibility
The sessions are perfect for individuals, businesses, organizations, seminars, conferences and meetings. Olivia H. Miller, principal of OHMWorks, Inc., guides participants through a series of simple yet effective breathing exercises, postures and stretches. Sessions range from 30-90 minutes, depending upon available time and needs of the participants or group.
Stress Buster Sessions can help:
- Combat repetitive stress injuries
- Improve productivity and concentration
- Increase overall well-being and health
- Reduce physical and mental fatigue
Individuals of any age and physical condition may participate. No special equipment, knowledge or experience is required. Participants should wear comfortable clothes, and be prepared to stretch, breathe, relax...and feel energized! Attendees will also learn healthful stretching and relaxation exercises that can be incorporated into their daily routines at work, at home, or while traveling.

Energy Balancing: Restore, Refresh, Renew
Our energy centers (known in Eastern traditions as chakras) play an essential role in our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is through these centers that life energy is received, processed and transmitted. Life experiences–such as illness, trauma, stress–may cause blockages, leading to imbalances, dis-ease, and unhealthy patterns of behaviors, actions and reactions. Energy balancing utilizes calming breathing techniques and simple exercises to help rebalance our energy fields, promoting health, vitality and harmony.
