Each pose has been carefully chosen to ensure an effective, safe and beneficial yoga practice.
You may choose several cards or perform a series of postures, depending on your available time
and energy. The deck also includes recommended sequences for different types of routines: Birth

Breath Card sample: Sufi Mother's Breath
Full, even breathing is an effective way to slow the mind, calm the emotions, and focus
on the present. It is also one of the most important things you can do during labor. The deck
includes a variety of different breathing exercises to help you incorporate breath work into
your daily routine.
