Sample Prenatal Yoga Cards

The Prenatal Yoga Deck features 10 Breath Cards, a Healthy Sitting Reference Card, 5 Warm-Ups, 24 Posture Cards, and 10 Meditation Cards, all designed specifically for mothers-to-be.

Each pose has been carefully chosen to ensure an effective, safe and beneficial yoga practice. You may choose several cards or perform a series of postures, depending on your available time and energy. The deck also includes recommended sequences for different types of routines: Birth Preparation; Discomfort Relief; Flexibility; Relaxation and Stress Relief; Energy Boost.

Breath Card sample: Sufi Mother's Breath
Full, even breathing is an effective way to slow the mind, calm the emotions, and focus on the present. It is also one of the most important things you can do during labor. The deck includes a variety of different breathing exercises to help you incorporate breath work into your daily routine.

Warm-Up Card sample: Leg Stretch
As with any exercise, it really helps to warm up first. The warm-up cards included in the deck will help prepare your body as well as your mind for the upcoming yoga session.
